Your guests order at the bar, watch their drinks built with fresh ingredients and beautiful garnishes, and you never lift a finger.

No. Sip & Celebrate is a fully alcohol-free service — we do not sell, serve, or handle alcohol. Everything we craft is a handcrafted mocktail made with fresh juices, premium mixers, and fresh garnishes, so every guest at your event can enjoy the bar.

We have three packages with real, published pricing. The Mocktail Celebration Package starts at $750+ and is best for up to 75 guests. The Signature Mocktail Package — our most popular — starts at $1,250+ and is best for up to 100 guests. The Full Mocktail Experience starts at $1,750+ and is best for up to 150 guests, with elevated presentation and a custom event drink experience. Events over 150 guests get a custom quote.

Our packages comfortably cover events from intimate gatherings up to 150 guests. Up to 75 guests fits the Mocktail Celebration Package with one mocktail mixologist; up to 100 guests fits the Signature Mocktail Package with two mocktail mixologists; and up to 150 guests fits the Full Mocktail Experience. Absolutely — that's one of our favorite things about it. Because everything is alcohol-free, kids, teens, expecting moms, sober-curious guests, and grandparents can all line up at the same bar. It's a perfect fit for quinceañeras, baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, teen birthdays, and school or church events.

Yes — corporate events are a natural fit for a mocktail bar. You get a polished, memorable bar experience for your team with zero liability concerns and nothing for HR to worry about. We serve office parties, client appreciation events, wellness events, team celebrations, and holiday parties across the Tucson area.

It's a quick two-step process. First, use "Check My Date" on our site to tell us about your event — date, event type, and guest count. Then we hop on a free 15-minute availability call to confirm your date, walk through packages, and start designing your drink menu. No pressure, no obligation.

We serve Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Vail, Tanque Verde, and nearby areas. Travel within our service area is included; if your celebration is a bit further out, just ask and we'll see what we can do.

Not much — we're built to be self-sufficient. We need a reasonably level spot for the mobile bar (roughly the footprint of a folding table plus room for the mocktail mixologists to work) and, ideally, access to a standard power outlet. We bring our own ice, water, tools, and supplies. If your venue already has a built-in bar, we can work from that instead — just let us know when you check your date.

Yes — a custom drink menu is included in every package. We work with you before the event to design signature mocktails around your theme, colors, season, and favorite flavors, from prickly pear and citrus to berry, herb, and spice. The Full Mocktail Experience takes it further with elevated presentation and a fully custom event drink experience.

Yes. We craft with fresh juices, fruits, herbs, and premium mixers, and we can adapt recipes for common allergies and dietary preferences — just tell us what your guests need when we design your menu, and we'll flag ingredients clearly on your custom drink menu.

As early as you can — popular Tucson dates fill up fast, especially spring and fall weekends and the holiday season. That said, if your event is coming up quickly (even within 30 days), reach out anyway and we'll prioritize your request if the date is open.
