Straight answers about our Tucson mobile bar service, alcohol policy, packages, and booking.
Do you provide the alcohol?
No. We provide mobile bar setup, bartending service, mixers, garnishes, bar tools, setup, and cleanup. The host is responsible for providing alcohol or coordinating alcohol through the venue or a licensed provider. We can help estimate quantities and create a shopping list based on guest count and drink menu.
Do you provide mixers and garnishes?
Yes — mixers and garnishes are included in every package. We can also build a custom drink menu around your celebration.
How many bartenders do I need?
Generally 1 bartender for up to 75 guests, 2 bartenders for 75–150 guests, and 2–3 bartenders for 150+ guests or premium service. We'll confirm the right count based on your event.
Do you serve weddings?
Yes — weddings are our specialty. The Signature Sip Package is built for weddings and includes timeline coordination.
Do you travel outside Tucson?
We serve Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Vail, Tanque Verde, and nearby areas. Travel within the area is included; ask about events further out.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can — popular dates go fast. If your event is within 30 days, mark it urgent and we'll prioritize your request.
Can you create signature cocktails?
Yes. Custom drink menus and signature cocktails are included in the Signature Sip and Full Celebration packages.
Do you provide mocktails?
Yes — a mocktail option is included in the Full Celebration Package and available as an add-on for other packages.
Do you handle setup and cleanup?
Yes. Setup and cleanup are included in every package — you never lift a finger on the bar.
What do I need to provide?
You provide the alcohol (or coordinate it through your venue/licensed provider) and the space. We bring everything else — the bar, bartender, mixers, garnishes, tools, setup, and cleanup.
Alcohol policy. Sip & Celebrate Mobile Bar does not sell or provide alcohol. We provide mobile bar setup and bartending service for host-provided alcohol. The host, venue, or licensed provider is responsible for alcohol where applicable.
